Well, if you keep going below level 4 (by asking a question or getting a violation) you will keep getting another email every time you answer enough to get to level 4 again.
If you stay right on the threshold, you could get thousands!

I think it is a silly thing to "collect them" but if you still collect them and want to beat the record..then collect as many as needed to beat the record. : )
