Make sure your temperature is not too hot or cold. Let some fresh air in you room too. Your brain needs oxygen to regenerate energy! Don`t oversleep or undersleep. You need between 7-8 hours. Don`t eat food or drink alcohol 3 hours before going to bed. Listen to your body when u are feeling tired, go to bed and wind down. No watching TV in the bedroom!

Uhh, well how much sleep do you get? If u dont get enough sleep, then just drink coffee or after ur home from work, go to sleep or take a quick nap.

When you go to sleep cut everything electronic,make sure its completely dark an dead silent I promise you when you wake up you will feel like superman

eat @ 1 hr before bedtime so you are not hungry, but, dont eat right before bed; do some relaxing things before bed like a hot bath, read a book, drink warm tea. make sure your room is a comfortable temp. & not too light or noisy. make a comfy bed- use soft sheets & comfortable pillows & a down comforter is awesome-

put in ear plugs and wear soft eye mask, you'll sleep really well and for longer, because nothing will wake you up!

I suggest you listen to some soft music if you have an iPod or any mp3, really low.....it works.
