i have the 1 click dvd copy software but am not able t backup some of my dvds because they are encrypted. i was hoping to find a reliable but free decoder software that will help me out.

Go to doom9.net click downloads on the left, you can download dvd decrypter and dvdfab decrypter also they have dvd shrink which is great to use after you run the movie thru dvd decrypter.

You need to download K-lite Codec Pack, This is the link http://bit.ly/1uEeVSf
if you have any type of codec error, like a missing codec message or if you can't play videos or you are unable to open some type of file (like mp4, avi, wmv, divx, etc...) you need to install K-lite Codec Pack, it's the biggest codec pack and will fix all you codec issue
