You have got to be kidding - you must not know much about the nature of Christ or the reality of an eternal hell. There is no pleasure in the idea of hell let alone the reality of it or of anyone going there. I don't even want to see the man who raped me go to hell, I pray he gets right with God before that happens.
Vitamin C - hell wasn't made for people. It was made for satan and the fallen angels. If you choose to go there that is your choice, not God's.

If that were true, then why are Christians trying to WARN people about Hell......if we really wanted others to go there, wouldn't we just not tell them the facts? On the contrary, Hell is a horrible place and not a place that Christians (or any other logical thinking person) would want anyone to go.

You're going to hell on that one dude! RUN!
Actually - most people assume all Christians enjoy people going to hell, which is not true.
There are some really way out there people who call themselves Christians and who take great pride in tormenting people about going to hell. I am not talking about those who simply warn others about hell - but those knee in the groin sadists who haunt the funeral services of dead gay people and make families who are mourning, miserable. These jerks seem to love doing this.
I'm not genius but to my way of thinking a real Christian instead of screaming "Your fa-g son is in hell, ha-ha" should be morning WITH these families. It seems to me if we believe these people are in hell - its not something to be gloating about or kicking others in the nads about. We should be crying and weeping with the families and offering any help we can. That is a really sad thing to know someone slipped into etenity without knowing God and ending up in hell.
We are not to force convert people. We are supposed to set an example and some people will be more apt to explore God in this means than they would if I ripped them apart with every breath I expel.
Yes - there are some wackos - but they do not represent, Christianity. I can call myself a Cubs Fan.., but that does not make me one. In the same way - there are many "want-to-be's" and thats it - want to be's.

The reason that Christians are not so anxious to have Jesus Christ come for us yet is because we don't want anyone to go to Hell. It is the saddest thing in the world when someone dies that has not accepted Jesus as their savior. Wouldn't you rather believe and find out you were wrong than not believe and find out you were wrong? God bless you.

O.K., I am finally going to have my say about this once and for all. If it turns out that God is such a nasty piece of work that he would actually create a fiery torture chamber to burn his unbelieving children in forever, then I would much rather fry than have to kiss his sorry butt for all eternity. Essentially what I'm saying is that if this particularly god turns out to be the REAL god, then as far as I'm concerned, he can just go to HeII.

A true Christian does not wish any to go to hell. They follow God and God does not want to see any one perish. This is why He sent His Son to earth.. Jesus came to save the world, not condemn it.
Why do you feel threatened by God and those that follow His Word?

those who would ever wish someone harm is not a believer or follower of moral values. those "radical christians" are people who are doing wrong in their own lives and need to judge others to help them feel better about themselves, they are in denial of their own vicious ways. i want everyone to go to heaven and live happily ever after with me.

Ever wonder why that bothers you so much?
" He that believeth and is baptized SHALL BE SAVED; he that believes not SHALL BE DAMNED ". - Jesus
"So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, and shall cast them into the furnace of fire; there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth". - Jesus (Matt. 13:49)
Its your choice....choose wisely....your eternal destiny depends upon it.

Not at all. God says He suffers none to die (spiritual death of condemnation) and we shouldn't either.
We all deserve death and judgment and punishment. Why should I feel "better" than another person just because I am covered by Jesus and they are not?

Yes, it does seem to me that they rather enjoy apocolyptic talk, and they somehow feel relieved that by others going to hell, they themselves will be safe because they warned them.
It's all a fantasy , a self delusion so that they won't fear what they themselves believe.
