Do we earn the trust of someone? How?

We are apart miles away. He always think and feel i'm doing wrong, but i don't. He had already judged me. Do we earn trust or what? How can i get his trust?

Oh, sister....we earn trust by being trustworthy.

You have been, yet he is accusing and judging. He is acting untrustworthy. He is showing himself to be untrustworthy with your affection and honesty. His insecurity is accusing you, looking for reassurance in a dishonest way.

We take others at face value until we see otherwise. Then we observe their actions rather than listening to their words. ( i.e. a guy says he loves his girl but sleeps around) and decide whether or not to continue in that trust.

When we have behaved in an honorable way and someone calls us dishonest or accuses us of doing them wrong, he is the untrustworthy one bearing false witness. You cannot get him to trust you. How can you trust him? He has shown himself to be manipulative, dishonest with his feelings and an unjust accuser.

I went through the same thing. I was a faithful wife and he didn't believe it. I was not going to prove this to him because he should have a certain amount of trust in me from our getting to know each other, before we got married. You shouldn't marry someone that has not earned your trust first or visa versa. He has some other issues that is not about you, you just happen to be in the middle of what ever he is dealing with or has dealt with. It is hard to get the trust of someone who has already judged you. Go to counseling it is deeper than this. If not the relationship will break eventually. You can only go so long like this.

I feel like he should trust you. If he doesn't, he needs to really realize that you aren't doing anything. Simply tell him the next time that you love him and him only, and I'll wait for you.
