Of course not. The numbers of followers of any particular belief does not render that belief true. Something is true because it is.

Do numbers translate to truth? I think not. The true religion is a religion of progression, of hope, and of happiness.

Only if reality is democratic. My impression is that reality is ultimate and undemocratic, hence the religion with the most followers may be utterly out of touch with reality and truth. It's still popular though, so if you want to meet more women it might still be worth faking it.

no, it would be more logical the say that the religion that more competently explains why there are other religions in the first place is the one true religion. christianity does it the best, but of course its not true either.

Not hardly. You can't define truth by taking a poll. Besides, your question presumes that there is a one, true religion.

not at all, I don't like religion. I am a Christian and to me my relationship with The Lord is what makes it a true Faith.

no because...
i am Muslim and Islam is fastest growing religion...
and in my opinion and obviously much of the population
believes that it is the one true faith.
but even if Islam was the least practiced religion
i would still believe that it the one true religion.
God Bless

No numbers dont help an argument. Because that can just mean a lot of people are wrong.
Anyone who appeals to numbers commits a philosphical fallacy "the appeal to authority"

No, If 1800000000 people were Islam that wouldent make it true. Jesus is the only way no matter how many or few followers he has. He has me I know that for sure.
