porridge and kippurs for breakfast
beacon and eggs for lunch
t bone steaks with french frites for diner,
with a bottle of good red whine

snacks in between,chocolattes,cakes,donuts
cheese and salami.

Full fat yogourt, GOOD fats, such as olive oil and flax seeds. (some granola cereals have flax seeds in them, and they taste very goood!)
also, do simple weight lifting(NOT heavy weights!!!!!!!! i dont want to be responsible for you hurting yourself!!) and some pushups. They help you gain muscle, not fat. its healthy weight! =]
