Should you start drinking water at the same you are drinking alcohol? Or right after you've had your last bottle/beer? Or the next morning after you're sober?

I would stay away from all the sugar drinks(anything with fruit juice, soda, and wine)... Drink plenty of water the day you go drinking. When you get home eat a little something drink another glass of water and go to bed. Try to get enough sleep!!!

First- chase your drinks with some water and some snacks (if can). Then before you go to bed take 2 tylenol or asprin (if you don't have an allergies) with a big glass of water. You should wake up okay, but right as you wake up- eat a good breakfast and take 2 excedrin migrane or tension headache pills with a big glass of water, and you'll be feeling a TON better within an hour. This has ALWAYS worked for me...A lot of the sickness comes from dehydration and not eating enough with the alcohol.

Well from experience with dehydration from a night a drinking I suggest you drink water in between drinks. Don't chase your drink with water though.... just drink a cup in between beers or shots. It's also a good idea to drink more the next day because that's when dehydration really kicks in because your body has had over night to suck up all the alcohol.

I've had the best success by alternating a drink and a glass of water, then when you get home, have a big glass of water. Then the next day all day drink lots of water. Also, avoid 'mix' if you can ie; pop, juice. All the sugar really dehydrates you. So switch to martinis or black russians or something like that.
Have fun and don't drink and drive.

Start drinking water in between having drinks. When you get home have a glass of water again. When you get up in the morning drink some more water.

You should alternate one bottle of beer, one glass of water. If you don't want to get drunk don't drink more than one bottle of beer per hour. If you have to drive, end with a glass of water and don't have any alcohol for at least an hour before you get ready to drive.

The next morning drink tons of water, juice whatever sounds good and take a multipurpose vitamin.

As soon as you're finished drinking the alcohol start drinking water.

try drinking water INSTEAD of the alcohol to begin with. Why try and cure something that you can easily avoid? Drink two glasses of water that are twice the size of your alcoholic drink before you drink the booze and you'll be too full to drink the alcohol. For example, if you order a 4 ounce shot, drink 16 ounces of water first. having a 12 oz beer? drink 48 ounces of water first.

Try to drink water through out the night, but specially when you are done and before you go to bed. Take this from experience.

I drink a bottle of Iceland Pure because it has a high pH and a low mineral content. I drink one right when I have finished drinking for the night and one more before bed. It works for me!
