I use Static Guard. I spray it on clingy skirts and shirts. Also, if you spray it into your brush or comb then brush your hair, it gets rid of static hair. Just be sure not to spray it directly in your hair. Onto the brush, then use the brush. You can get Static Guard at Target, Wal-Mart, or even a supermarket. It's usually in the detergent isle.

in case you have a sprig bottle, you could mixture somewhat with some water and then mist the aggregate on your outfits. i might use some 1to 4 ratio of liquid fabric softener to water. do no longer spray adequate to surely get your jacket moist, basically a sprint spray. in any different case, Static Gaurd does stink somewhat on the commencing up, however the smell at last does flow away.

Honestly, I don't really know much about this, (I know someone who bought a humidifier for their house coz they had the same problem, though, and it helped them) but just so you know you're not alone with the electricity thing. I screw up computers when I am near them for long periods of time ...

When you throw your clothes into the dryer, are you using a dryer sheet? If so and you're still getting it, after you get dressed, run the dryer sheet over the in and outside of the clothing.
