Use rubbing alcohol, it will dry them out.

You can buy lots of special face washes for blackheads but as I don't have them I can't say which ones are the best. I have a friend that has blackheads and they used tea tree nose strips, which they said were very good. Avon is also quite reliable so maybe you could look there for a deep pore cleanser. The best thing for other spots I've found is alcohol. Put a bit of maybe perfume or unscented alcohol on a tissue or cotton wool and dab it on, or you could just spray it straight on the skin.is alcohol. Finally, washing your face a lot probably won't help more than if you clean it twice a day; one when you first wake up, and then again before you go to bed for the night.

DO NOT USE ALCOHOL ON THEM! The first person said that it will dry them out. It's true, but they don't go away. Instead, it destroys your skin and you still have blackheads. I don't know what to tell you, I have the same problem. I have like 20 blackheads on my nose and nothing works on them. Not ProActiv or anything.

If you go to a salon (I prefer Aveda) you should ask for an extraction. They're only like $5 and they just remove all the impurities and dirt from your pores by using steam, and oil. They they use a tool to poke. It hurts a bit in some sensitive areas, but it's cheap and worth it.

Use blackhead pads from Neutrogena. They work well and do not overly dry out your skin. They promise less outbreaks in 6 hours, and they really work well. And, you get like 60 pads for $4.

Don't be too rough with your skin. Try Proactive's sulphur mask. This will help.
