Dude, Friday night! Jesus was a total party animal, and he missed the ENTIRE weekend! People had to go out and buy their own wine.

The reason it took so long for Jesus to rise is this. Back then, people believed that people were really dead on the third day, there was no chance they could come back. So the significance is that Jesus showed that it wasn't two days where he still might come back, it was the third day, when He was really supposed to be gone. Hope I helped! He sacrificed His life so that I may live and have eternal life where I will never have to suffer, worry, or have pain, ever again.

I think I know what you are getting at maybe sort of.
GOD is made up of three members. One of those three came down to earth and took the punishment that we deserve. It would be the same as a cop, willingly going to the electric chair for a murder you committed. If you do not see it as a big deal then OK. It was not a big deal to you. It is to me so I thought I would share that with you.

When Jesus was nailed to that tree...the serpent was nailed with Him. You do not understand WHY...
To defeat Satan, He BECAME HIM ON THE TREE!!! But only on the tree...when the POWER HOUSE (The Father) laid upon Him all iniquity. The only thing that came off that tree, was the pure, unadulterated SON OF GOD.
In this is the damnation of all who refuse the Master...for the Children of Satan are the hands and feet of Satan. And Satan cannot come off that tree.

jesus died on friday and then on saturday he went and had a fight with satan and took the key. Now we have ever lasting life if we do well and believe in Jesus but if you don't then you go to hell.

the poker game he was suposed to show up to but they called off cause he died and they didnt think it was right to gamble when a friend died, insteasd they went to the strip club and got smashed for the poor turkey.
