This cannot be done, the boot info and setting are stored into the BIOS previously ROM, therefore is not user accessible.

Right-click on the desktop.
cl Properties
cl Settings tab

near the bottom right, see "screen area"
800 x 600 rather large
1024 x 768 smaller

cl Advanced
cl General
see font size?
