The cookie dough is only fat free if it has no fat in it. Freezing cookie dough just makes frozen dough.

That would depend on the frozen cookie dough in question. Read the nutritional information on the container, it will tell you whether or not it is fat free. The majority of them are not going to be fat free, because they contain vegetable oil and maybe butter. Fat free cookie dough does exist, though. So, you'd have to read the container the dough came in to see if it is or not.

Umm, why would it be? Freezing something doesn't zap the fat out of it. In that case ice cream would be fat-free, especially cookie dough ice cream. Sorry to burst your wishful thinking bubble.

Sorry but freezing the dough or any food will not change the nutritional value of the food.

Freezing food dosn't remove the fat, it freezes it.
