i dont think i feel the same for this girl who turned me down, but i cant get her off my mind. like every hour i think about her even when im doing something important, even if i have new crushes! how can i make it stop!! shes not even worth it. i feel so stupid.

The best thing for you to do is to go on with life. Evidently you had a thing for her that your mind will not be rid of. It may take a long time to get her out of your mind. Sometimes things can haunt us to the point that we become overly confused. Live one day at a time even if your thoughts are on this girl. Try to involve yourself with someone that is fun and understanding. Try to figure out why you have this feeling for this girl that haunts you. If it is because of sex, let it go. When you find the real thing you will be even more confused. Life goes on friend. Try a little harder to enjoy it more. Life is very short. You are young and don't see it but remember, you need to enjoy life for what it has to give you. Not for something or someone you can't have. Take care and good luck.

A month isn't that long and you are obviously hurt by her rejection. I think you are focusing more on the hurt and internalizing it. Your best bet is to do something to better your life in some way and keep busy, develop new interests. Focus on expanding your mind and enriching your life with new friends and over time you will think of her less and less. :)

if u can't stop thinking about her then u should just make it work if u knew deep down inside that u had know kind of feelings for her then she would not even across your mind.

maybe its the chase that excites you about her? sometimes when people are turned down they beat themselves up over why you were turn down. just tell your self that you dont need someone that isnt intersted in me! and find someone that likes you for who you are. Good luck!
