I like a man who is confident, clean and shows an interest in what I am saying. Be honest and say hello, ask her to dance or talk about the book she is looking at or topic. Smile and be nice. A compliment is good too but not too many all at once.
In a grocery store? If you find out, tell me! I have no idea how to meet someone new there.
