Due to water weight, and all the foods one eats during the day. Also, depending on how soon after one eats as to how much more one would weigh at the time of a weigh in. Best time to weigh oneself, first thing in the morning (not more than once per week), after potty thing, before eating/drinking anything. Same amount of clothing or none.Take care.

There are actually two answers to this question. The first answer is that you can thank gravity I know it sounds kind of stupid but we actually studied this in a science class back in High school and turns out that gravity will influence what you weigh on the scale and because gravity is pushing down on you all day you might even think your stomach looks bigger during the day which indeed this is true along with the fact that you have food that hasn't been fully digested yet and then when u sleep at night food is digested and gravity is pushing down on your stomach which also helps to why u look skinnier in the morning and weigh less.

Because you ate and drank during the day. By the next morning you will have digested/eliminated most of that and you have your base weight.

You have eaten the whole day. I always feel so bloated at night, and then in the morning I feel better.
