i got a kodak c433 digital camera it gots a built in microphone and u can record videos with sound (audio). i was wondering how come u cant hear the videos sound when u watch em?? my friend said u can only hear the sound when u transfer it to the computer is this right or can u hear it on the camera or not??

no u cant hook it up 2 a tv im talkin about u can only hear wut u recorded on the computer when u transfer it u can watch it on the lcd screen on the camera but no sound so is the microphone juss a thing audio and sound goes into or can it actually play sound or am i juss gonna have 2 listen 2 the clips on the computer and mine doesnt have a earjack its a kodak c433

You should be able to hear the sound when you play it back on ur camera. Im not sure whats wrong with it, but sometimes with my camera, my microphone is on the bottom where you usually put ur thumb when u hold it to take a picture, and it muffles the sound, or hides it altogether, That's all i can give you! = )

First of all, do you have the camera hooked up to the TV correctly? Or are you saying you can't get sound while watching the camera itself? I have a very good Canon XL-1 video camera, in order for me to hear audio directly from the camera, I need to plug my head phones into the camera audio jack. Good luck
