Ok well you really don't need a program unless your trying to have something remind you to do something but if your trying to have a program run just click on start - Control Panel - Date,Time,Language, and Regional Options - on the left side should Say See Also * Schedule Tasks and just tell it what to run at what time you want it to..this is if you have Windows XP so i'm not totally sure about anything else

Using Yahoo Mail? Use Yahoo's calendar. The calendar button is right on the mail page. click the down arrow on "calendar" and see all the options available to you.

If you have MS Word, there is a calendar template included with it. You can also use Yahoo calendar or download the Eudora mail client which comes with a calendar feature.
