I was walking to class and I saw Him looking at me through a window for a brief second, then he disappeared. What does this mean? Is He trying to tell me something?

If he is trying to touch me with His Noodly Appendage, why is He doing this, what is He trying to tell me?

Hi Robby,
I would just like to say that I am grateful for you! I have yet to see the NOODLY MASTER myself, but I feel his presence and thus have faith that he is watching out for me. I look forward to the resurrection of the PIRATE, the MIDGET and the light of the volcano to come.
