What cables/accessories do you have to buy when you buy an HDTV LCD television?

HDMI is best for HD and fiber optic for a surround system. yes it makes a big difference in the clarity. also you don't have to get the 150$ HDMI monster cable from best buy you can get one online for 22 or less. here's one i found for 11:99$.
