He's 7 months old, and for a month now, he's always at his water bowl drinking and sometimes he can't go for an hour without urinating. He seems to be tired most of the time. But isn't he too young to have diabetes?

yes it could be diabetes. you need to take him to your vet to have him check out. i know that young people can get diabetes. when you take him to the vet tell him all the things that he is doing that has you worried.

Something is probably going on, but I doubt that it is diabetes because he is so young. I would take him to the vet the next day that they are open.

that cant be diabetes.my cuz has diabetes and that doesent sound close to diabetes.i think he has peeing probloms and thats whats causing him to be so tired

i would bet too young and also very uncommon in dogs. best to take him to the vet and get bloodwork done if you are worried about it.
