Girl, actions speak louder than words. If a guy says he likes you but doesn't do anything about showing how he likes you, something is wrong. Maybe he is not sincere? Focus.He should now be moving heaven and earth to show his feelings now that he's about to migrate to Canada.

...Honey its been like that forever u cant understand them becasue they speech something whay didfernt then us ...I think that a girl shouldmake the first move u rnt going to go anywhere if u dont.. I know its hard for men to make the first move with most af my boyfriend i have to make the first maove but not with all of them... 3 months before I came to America I met my present wife. I didn't want to get involved with her, because i didn't know what was gonna happen next, but I still couldn't resist, and told her how I felt about her. I mean, there was definitely a spark between us,that is why I couldn't resist. It could be Your reason, or he is just not into You.

lose your fears and talk to her about anything. Talk to her girlfriends too. I can tell you they'd be staring at you if they thought your clothes or shoes were out of style , if you had a boogy in your nose or if you had toilet paper hanging out of your pants or stuck to your shoe..... But the real reason I'm 99% sure is that they found you pleasing to their eyes. You know eye candy!
