See a doctor.
You may have a social disorder.
Social anxiety I think it's called.
They can get you medication.
Don't be afraid to talk to the doctor though.

Aw, I am sorry to hear that...I have a severe anxiety disorder (but it is not social it is more like a phobia related anxiety). I really think hypnosis works well, also I think that some anxiety meds work (but if you can stay off of them you should because they can cause other probs). Also, get a good therapist. Finally, you need to expose yourself more to these situations...who freaking cares if you sweat or shake - screw those people, you have a chemical problem. Sign up for an acting class or a speech class (outside of school). The more you expose yourself to these situations the better, you will get used to them.
I used to shake uncontrollably if I had to give a speech...so I took a job where I had to speak in front of 100 - 200 people at a time, but I would never have to see them again! I was comforted by that fact and ended up completely ridding myself of that fear - it works, try it! Good luck, you are not the only one out there with this problem even though I know it feels like it!

Well you can go to an book store and get a self help book on phobia's, and make sure the one you need to work on is in the book. Then do as they say, and if that does not work for you , well then you may need to go and see a therapist, and they can help you out with it, and it may not even take that long, you could also work on your self esteem and the imiage you have of yourself, that will help. Take a class on self esteem, cause i would say that my be part of your problem, cause i had the same problem, and sometimes i still do , when i am not sure about myself. You need to be proud of who you are, and believe that you are as good as anyone else, and that you like, and love yourself. These things are very important for your self-esteem, and you also need to not pay attention to any thing that anyone may be saying to you that is of a negitive nature. So take care, God bless, and please stay safe and get the help you need.

I think the young lady above me (Army Gal) may be correct.
You may have a Social Anxiety Disorder (Something a Doctor can help you with) or you might just be a little shy.
It is not unusual for somebody your age (teenager) to be shy.
Do you have any close friends you could talk to? One of the first steps I would take would just be to practice talking and opening up to people with somebody I trust. Your best friend or your Mom could help you with this.
Good Luck!! I think you will be ok!! I believe in you!!

first of all,you have no need to feel the way that you do,not that you don,t of course, and i understand that you do..you are a child of this universe a child of the most high god that has created you as you are,in all perfect ways, like everyone else.the ways you feel are more than likely a cause from childhood, parents, society etc.but, you do not need to let others effect your opinion of yourself you must first have respect for yourself and then for others.you are no better or worse than any of us,act that way, please.god loves you and all his children, know that, accept that please.i have been in the p.i.,take care my brother,,,in the usa.(it,s a mind thing, don,t ever forget that..you won,t receive respect unless others know you respect yourself and want the same back,i believe.hope it may of helped in some small way
