Oven Roasted Asparagus:
1lb of fresh asparagus(cleaned, break one off to give yourself a guideline as to where the "tough" part of the stems start, cut the remaining along that area).
Lay out on a cookie sheet and drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil.Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Bake in the oven at 325-350 until tender.Do not over cook them. The asparagus you purchase in a can, have an ok taste. However, they are terribly overcooked.Asparagus when prepared correctly,(which is why my favorite recipe is oven roasted, you cant go wrong with this, its a no brainer)shouldnt be mushy, but tender. They are absolutely delicious.I urge you to try this as a side dish along side any meal.It would be absolutely delicious.Mmm,and a nice glass of ice cold freshly squeezed lemonade.Good luck hun and have a good night.

I'd have to say my sour cream banana bread, it's the recipe I've used the most times, it's no-fail, and it's yummy and versatile, sometimes I add choc chips or nuts, it's also great to bring to any occasion or as a food gift. If you want the recipe, let me know!
