im not fat just a liitle out of shape i have a little roll forming plz tell me wats the fastest way im not an adult just a young teen who want to get in shape for gymnastics help

A four pack is just a six pack with less definition. The lowest two abs never pop out without substantial training and very low bodyfat. a 4pack will be easier to obtain and maintain long term, especially for a female. Abs are made in the kitchen, diet is key here, look for more variety in ab exercises than just crunches and situps, look into 8 minute abs for ideas.

You know when you have to do pull ups in PE at school and the bar you have to use to do them? Well you could hang upside down from that and pull yourself up like your doing crunches. I saw something on mtv about janet jackson and how she gets so in shape and she was doing that to get her six pack.

crunches, they always work. If you don't feel any pain, then you are doing them wrong.
