120 mg of Armour is a small dose. Chances are you are still hypothyroid. Dosage of Armour needs to be adjusted by Free T4 and Free T3. If your doctor is adjusting your dosage by TSH, you are most likely under-medicated. I have put a few links below for you to read up. Good luck!

Do you have any other symptoms other than not losing weight? How do you feel bad--in what way? I take Armour Thyroid also, 120 mg per day. I tried going higher, but it actually made me feel worse (muscle pain, couldn't sleep well, higher heart rate), so I went back to 120 mg and feel much better. I also have migraines and am seeing a neurologist who has put me on anti-depressants to try to prevent the migraines from happening. The anti-depressants are making me feel better, and I have A WHOLE LOT more energy. So, I don't think the thyroid is responsible for making us feel all better--there are others things going on it the body/mind that effect how we feel. Just something for you to consider.
