My boyfriend has told me I need to tone up and slim down my stomach/waist. What are some exercises that work? what food are best to eat? Any other tips??

Drinking lot's of water, and stomach exercises. Stomach crunches and sit ups, and walking either up stairs or up hills. When walking pull in you stomach to assist with the mussles.

There is a lot of free stuff on the site, but the e-book is the best book I have ever read for diet, exercise, weight loss and toning. I lost almost 30 pounds using the program…and it was easy to do…

Tip #1 ... Break up with boyfriend.
Tip #2 ... Eliminate or cut down on white starches/sugars.
Tip #3 ... Amp up your cardio routine.

use a slant board and use in cooking etc virgin coconut oil.look in yahoo groups,it,s there for you to learn.
