There is a family in Arkansas with 16 kids, and I went to school with a girl that had 11 brothers and sisters. Nobody can say how many is too many. Some people want 5 or 6 kids, some only want 2 or 3. I personally only want one, which i already have.

Well lets see I have 2 now and want 4 but then again thats just ME and can handle it because both of the kids I have now are good kids and its because of them, I want more! I've always wanted a big family. Oh and I'm 27! It would definately be a personal choice and I personally think that some people just shouldn't reproduce!

I think you have too many kids when you are stressed and screaming at them all the time. For some women one is too many and for others 10 isn't enough. It just depends on the Mom. I don't think the age of the Mom has anything to do with it.

So what if they are young and have 3 kids? Maybe they want 3 kids and don't want to spend 30 years raising them. I had all my kids by the time I was 28. I'm so glad that I'm not going to be an old shrivled up crone by the time they are out of the house. I will still be young and full of life as they start theirs on their own.
I always wanted 6, but the cards didn't get handed to me that way. I think I will enjoy at least 6 grandkids.

I think that it is a personal choice as to how many kids you have. I myself have 4 kids. They are 10, 9, 7 and 4. I am planning to have at least one more child with my new boyfriend. He loves my kids and myself so I think it all depends on the person.

WOW~Then I guess for some of you I have too many kids. I am the mother of 4. And I love everyone of them equally. Wouldn't change it for nothing in the world.
It is all a matter of WHO the parent is of what is or isn't enough.

you have to decide for yourself. My wife and I thought we would have 4 or 5 but after the first one we changed our minds. We decided to have another one so the first didn't grow up to be a spoiled only child. And then another -- three is definately enough for us. But for some people, 1 is too many. For others a dozen is not enough.

I'm going to have two, that's it.
It all depends on your ability to provide for(financially and otherwise) and love those children. Some people can have lots, other people shouldn't be breeding at all.

I guess I have "too many". Oh well, they are happy, I am happy, and my life is complete. Frankly it's no one's business if I have a dozen. I stay home and raise them, my husband has a good job, and they well provided for WITHOUT help from outside sources.
I think it is a personal choice. A choice of mine I would never change.
Thank God I am their mommy <3
