How tough is it to get hired for a Private Military Contractor (PMC) such as Blackwater USA? Do they hire many ex military people without any special forces experience( I.E a person who was a medic in the army for 4 years) or do you have to have been the best such as rangers or special forces? What are the odds of getting in having just been a medic in the Army for 4 years?

I traveled with the Blackwater guys when I worked in Iraq and nearly all the one I met were former USMC, many of them Recon. No specialty is required but you have to pay $18,000 for your own training at Blackwater.

You have military experience. Blackwater will probably hire you!
You won't be working in the medical field, but security. Good pay! I'm interested in facilitating as a contact and referrer for 15% of all contractual pay and bonuses.

Blackwater is primarily in security work, and fighting. The only thing you can do is try.
