Maybe yes, but maybe no. If the laptop and software were used for business, they probably will not be covered unless the computer was scheduled as a business item. This was an expensive lesson learned by one of my clients.

There is a very good chance it would be covered but only if the vehicle was parked in front of the house. Call the agent you purchased the policy from and they should be able to tell you for sure.

Every policy is different..and some may specifically exclude theft from vehicles on or off premises...call your agent on Monday. I am a licensed agent in Florida...trust me...this is the best advice. No one is going to be able to tell you what's covered except for your adjustor...your agent will probably even tell you that. "I can sell you a policy, but can't tell you what's covered at the time of a loss, you need to report a claim and speak to your adjustor." oxoxo Good luck!

Generally yes - if the car was locked. Call the adjuster - make sure there's a police report.

It might if the tenant policy is in both of your names. Can you prove your loss....do you have a police report and receipts for what was taken. I hope so, without receipts you have no claim.
