I believe that is true in the United States. Other countries don't have the problem with obesity because their eating habits are different. It is better to cut your food in small bites and to eat slowly. Drink alot of water during your meal.

Girl ask a doctor this question cause everybody bodies are not the same. and if you tell your body that its full than its full. Three small meals a day it's A Okay. Just be careful what you eat.

most of us eat too fast. 20 min is about how long it takes for you to realize you are full. eating slower= less eating

Yes,but drink a glass of water befroe your meal.. its helps with the process.
