He is the same age as her father. My husband and I are very worried and we think maybe it's because when she was little, her father didn't pay enough attention to her since he was always busy playing with Hot Wheels and such.

what?? a 32 year old man is the same age as your 25 year old daughters father? That would make her father 7 when she was born? Who's the gross one?

Did anyone read the whole question? it says the man is the same age as her father and she is 25 and he is 32. That would make him 7 when she was born. And then the part about her dad being too busy playing with Hot Wheels to spend time with her. GEEZ!!!!

Do you mean 15 year old daughter or 42 year old man? If she is 25 and he is 32 she probably just likes that he seems ready to settle while most guys her age are not. If you meant 15 and he is 32 thats another story- he first of all should be in jail. But either way try talking to her and find out what it is she likes about him. Re-assure she can find someone her own age that has the qualities she likes in him. Good luck!!

Ok 7 years difference is not that big of deal and if he is the same age as your husband which happens to be her father, I would hope that its her step-father because yeah that would be gross but then I would have questions about you. My parents were 6 years apart and they had me thank you very much, they've been married for 26 years now. GET OVER IT!!!!!

How is your daughter only seven years younger than her father?? I dont understand that part. Besides, age is just a number, as long as both people are of legal age and ok with the age differance. I personally am 22 and currently dating a 36 year old.

At first I was going to say what’s the big deal 7 years is not really that big of an age gap. Then I saw you claim the father and boyfriend are the same age. So her father was 7 years old when he fathered her, I don’t think so.

Okay... is my math messed up or was her father like "7" when he got you pregnant? She's dating a 32 year old man that is the same age as her father? Did I get that right. I think you're the one that was gross!!

You obviously mean she is 15yrs old, yes i agree at that age it is not correct and acceptable but if she was say 21 and he was for arguments sake 40yrs old it wouldn't be an issue because what really matters in the end is that they are good for each other and love conquers all. The Americans in general have a huge hang up about age difference in couples and that is why you lead the way when it comes to divorce in the world.

As people get older, the amount of years in age difference
really doesn't matter. I don't think it should be a problem at
all. But I do have a question. If her father is also 32 now, are you
saying he was 7 when she was conceived Now that would
not only would be gross, but Dad should be in the
book of Guinness.

It is not gross. That isn't that big of an age difference. What is weird is that your daughter's father was 7 when she was born? Either you are a baby raper, or you have your numbers off. Seven years when you are over the age of 21 means nothing.
