If it's at work, you can always file a sexual harassment claim against her. If it's not, just tell her outright, you're not interested. If you have, and she hasn't listened. Find a really large man, and have him play the part of your boyfriend. If that doesn't work, have him tell her to leave you alone, or else. Or fake that you have a really disgusting STD.
Of course, it might be the fact that you're unavailable to this woman that is making her chase you, if you turn the tables, she might run, although I wouldn't suggest this, cause she might not run. It kind of worked for me once (but it was on a guy, not a girl), but then it backfired.

Even though she's the same sex, that still is considered sexual harassment.
Tell her it makes you uncomfortable, or simply turn her in, especially if this is in a place of employment or learning.
