ok so there is this guy that liked me and i liked him and then all of a sudden he was all mad at me and i dont know why and he is being all mean to me and its been a month and i still cant figure out why he is mad at me. he is one of my brothers friends and my brother said that he doesnt know why he is mad at me either, but i shouldnt feel bad because he said that the guy who liked me has too high of a standard for girls (perfection) and that i should just let it go. i dont like this guy anymore, but i want to be his friend. today was his birthday and i told him happy birthday and gave him a hug, and today was the first day he didnt say anything mean to me, he just said thanks and gave me a hug back. should i try to be his friend? i mean i really hate it when people arent happy with me, but i dont want to try to be his friend if hes just going to be rude. what should i do?

Sounds like he likes you, actually, and doesn't know how to tell you, so instead he gets mad at you. This is a very typical young male reaction. Just ask him why he seems upset at you. If he doesn't respond and you want to be more than friends, show him that you like him.

The question is why is he always mad at you? did you do something to him or did you? I'd be glad to give you a good answer but i don't get how things r going on between you guys.i understand that you like the guy.but you said it yourself you don't like people acting with you that way.so girl all you gotta do is move on.i think he don't really like you,cuz your to good for him.
