I love pork! I just started cooking it, so I haven't perfected my methods yet.
The Jewish and Muslims state that pork is a "dirty" animal, but in reality and history, pigs don't travel as well as sheep. That's why they do not eat them.
And the hoof thing.
Anyhoo, pork, such as tenderloin, is leaner than chicken and bacon is low calorie and high protein (70 calories for 2 strips).
Most people overcook pork and it comes out tough and chewy. Pork chops should be cooked until they are slightly pink on the inside, not white.
Bacon, pork chops, tenderloin, ham, salami, pork rinds, bacon grease (for the greens), carnitas, salt pork (for the beans), ribs, sausage, chorizo...I could go on and on!

My favourite meat is chicken, but I do eat pork sometimes. I have never tried Jerk Pork, but Jerk Chicken is mighty tasty.

nothing better than a nicely grilled ribeye but i do enjoy pork on occasion. depends on how its cooked. i love jerk chicken so im sure i would love jerk pork

my favorite is ribeye. My husband has decided he doesnt care for pork anymore, hes very finicky. I love jerk pork!

i love pork, my mom makes it with lemon and its great but since i am greek and we follow the mediterranean diet, we dont eat it often. my favorite is chicken.
