What can I eat or take as a drug that will help my body grow big and nice and meaty? I just want to be very big and healthy, please send me recommendations, also what exercises will help me stay athletic?

Drugs = bad
Eat alot of calories, then work out to exchange the fat into muscle. Make a to do list and follow it, like 200 push ups everyday etc. Soon enough, you should get muscles. Join school teams as well.

You want to be healthy? Don't do steriods.
Pop does something like stunting growth in bones, so don't drink that.

i dont know if all of these will work but try em out!!
#1.drink milk! (even if u dont like to)!
#2. play football, basketball, soccer, and do lots of crunches and push ups!
#3.lift waits!!!
#4.eat healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!
#5.and i dont think you should take any drugs!!!!!
