The credit bureau will want a police report regarding the ID theft.
Go to them with your current picture ID and the printout with the accounts that were opened when you were a kid.
The officer will document your identity and make a theft report, which you will then send to the credit bureau.
Hopefully , they will eventually clear your name .
OR you can go to SS and take the police report of the ID theft and request a new 'clean' number be issued. (unless you have a lot of job earnings under the old number . . . then it could be a hassle)
The credit reports are actually based on SSN , not so much names.

This should actually be an easy fix. All you have to do is prove your age to the credit bureau by showing a copy of your birth certificate, driver's license or social security card. Send a copy of your report to them with the accounts in question and make sure you illustrate the fact that when the accounts were open, you were a minor. There's no way you could have opened the accounts being that young. The bureaus have 30 days to investigate the issue and either prove that it's yours or remove it from your report altogether.
I hope that helps! :-)
