I am 14 and had panic attacks but am fine now. I get rushes that start from my neck or lower throat and move done towards my heart. Is it like an adrenaline rush. It happens quite often like 3-4 times a day. What can it be?

Sounds like aniexty attacks. I get them for no apparient reason or usually when I am stressed or in pain. If your heart begins to race, you should see your Doctor. When you feel these rushes, take deep breaths and close your eyes. Sometimes it helps to drink very cold water. Hope this helps. I am 42 and I still have these attacks.

Your description is a little too vague. Are you feeling this in your muscles, or more internally - like your lungs and heart? What exactly are the feelings - tingling, tightness, etc.? Does your whole body feel like it is experiencing an adrenaline rush, or just the heart/neck region? What else happens - increased respiratory rate? nausea? trouble breathing? dizziness?
