I go to this restaurant/cafe a lot. The hot waiter who usually serves me used to be impersonally polite, then recently he started doing weird things like staring at me for a little too long at a time. Sometimes he smiles when I look back, sometimes when I smile back he just continues staring. It makes me slightly uncomfortable (it can get a little intimidating), because usually he's so gentleman and all.

you shouldnt get freaked out by him looking at you, i think he is just admiring you. why dont you talk to him and see whats up. all i know is when i look at a girl for a while and then she looks at me i kinda smile a little sheepishly and then i try to hide it. another thing guys are wierd if a girl comes around alot for some reason we get kinda mesmerized, several reasons... maybe they come around alot is for us or they are always there so everyday we see something different in them. its kinda startnge if you want a guy to fall for you all you have to do is hang around for a while it may take a while but he will start to like you.

I would have said that he was probably just being overly-friendly so that you leave him a big tip, but since he's doing it on a constant basis, he's probably attracted to you, but doesn't want to do anything about it, since you're a patron at the restaurant, and that might be considered a conflict of interest. It also sounds just a bit creepy, this whole staring bit. Just smile back, when you catch him staring at you, or if it does make you uncomfortable, don't sit at his table.

This is called getting a tip. She probably went into the backroom and talked about how disgusting you were for not wiping the drool off your mouth. On the off chance that she did like you, Go back again and see what happens, write your number on the tip... so classy for a classy establishment but shed get the point.

Well it's working...he's earning his tip! Hah, no...if he does it a lot, he probably is attracted to you and there really isn't thing you can do. If you like him, keep smiling but if you want him to bug off, stop smiling, you're sending him the wrong message.

ummmm.... Yes definately! Once in Boston I had a waitor at this place...Joes or something and these people next to us had a daughter around 20 or so maybe 30 i couldnt really tell we were outside and the waitor kept on staring at the daughter.... terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe he thinks you are hot, sexy , and beautiful, and probably you got nice personality. What else a man needs. He probably loves you.
