Your link doesn't work to begin with. The best way to get the word out:
1. email your friends, ask them to email their friends and so on.
2. Post the link on a myspace account or similar medium.
3. Write letters to local and national charities that deal with that particular addiction and let them know you are out there.
4. go onto the similar groups/sites that deal with the same issue and advertise your site.
