I have a friend that her husband is trying to take her son away from her & kick her out of their home & she is desperate for help he is illegal & uses a false ssn# to report income tax please help

Interesting how she didn't care too much about his illegal status when things were going well. Now, she is willing to expose him for his actions to protect herself even though she knew what he was doing all the time.
Bad things happen to good people when they make bad decisions. This is a good example of why you should never be intimately related to a criminal.

Your friend should have thought about what was legal before she married this man. It's not very ethical to ignore the law until it suddenly suits your purposes to "do the right thing."

You need to call ICE.
Many U.S. Native Americans will be glad to help you call. They don't like illegal aliens. Mexicans and U.S. Native Americans used to fight each other. Chief Geronimo killed many Mexicans after they killed his wife and mother.
