I like to get Details from anyone with the knowledge/experience

I am an Air Force ROTC Cadet in my Detachment

FYI
ENJJPT is the EURO-NATO JOINT JET PILOT TRAINING
located in Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, Texas.
It last for about one year

I heard the majority get the chance to pick F-15s, F-16s and even the New F-22 Raptor as thier aircraft of choice.

Yes, if you complete ENJJPT you are guaranteed a fighter slot.
HOWEVER, if you wash out of the program, the washout rate is much higher than UPT (don't remember how much more, I've heard as high as 50%)-you're done-period. You don't get rolled back to UPT.
You might get an F-22, but it's much likely you'll pick up an Eagle (Light Grey or Dark Grey), or a Viper. F22s are only be a single wing, now. If you're in the Viper community, you'll be around for the transition to the F-35. (A more practical weapons platform for the USAF IMHO.)

As far as I know, you are not guaranteed until they test your skills-through UPT?, and they feel you are ready. Kind of like ROTC, just because you are in it, doesn't mean you'll get a chance to become a POC and commission.

You have to prove yourself before they let you have a fighter.
