It all depends on the face. Some guys can pull of the messy but I personally prefer the neat or clean cut look.

I would say messy, the look is in right now, to me the nice neat starts looking out of fashion, but then i know a lotta guys who could pull off the sweet look.

i like clean cut haircuts. but also go for long hair as long as its kept tied like a pony tail or combed well and kept clean.
