believe it or not IT COULD SERIOUSLY BE A GLASS OF WATER because it has been scientificly proven that the sense of hunger is identical to the sense of thirst but mojority of people allways assume that they are hungry so they decide to eat. after all just like our planet earth that we live on is 75% water so is our bodies supposed to be in order to stay healthy, less hungry and more energetic. After all i my self once lost 69 pounds only due to the way i changed how to feed myself no exercising required i swear!!! And when i was 69 pounds havier then today doctor told me that my body couldn't possibly have more then 63% water in the body!!! No wonder i always felt so dehydrated and tired and lazy but today there's a whole new me. Just remeber everytime you feel hungry drink a glass of water if you don't feel hungry after half an hour you were never hungry but thirsty. But after drinking a glass of water and half an hour later you still feel hungry that means you really ARE HUNGRY!!!

Well I honeslty hope i helped

Noodles and rice are the staple of maximum chinese dishes. both are really elementary to digest and turn to sugar which your body makes use of very immediately. So in case you devour a dish intense in uncomplicated carbohydrates likes noodles, rice, or potato, you should get a sugar spike and a burst of capacity followed through tiredness and starvation. it is why it is often reported that folk devour more desirable complicated carbohydrates (issues that take the body longer to illustrate into gas) like brown rice and entire grains. next time you get chinese nutrition, get it with brown rice. Now end perpetuating that stupid rumor and study some effortless technological know-how. also MSG is only fake salt. people don't like it because it isn't organic, regardless of the actuality that you'll extract it from organic supplies. It has a rumor about causing complications. MSG is yummy, all and sundry is stupid.

Rice will definitely have to be part of the meal as well as some protein. Protein is what keeps you feeling full since it takes so long to digest. That is why eating Chinese Food makes you hungry so quickly. They use protein sparingly in their meals.

low carb / high protein foods will keep you feeling full for quite awhile. A ham and cheese omelet without toast or potatoes for breakfast and you wont think of your next meal till 2 oclock in the afternoon.

i love hearty soups . they fill you up but not enough to make you feel like you cant move. i also love pasta, but with the carbs, go for a whole wheat pasta > you can find them in the grocery stores. for the sauce, i would go light, maybe pomadoro wiht lots of veggies, mush, zuchinni tomato and serve with a salad of field greens

if it happens to you every time you eat you are making you much stomach acid so it gets rid of your food fast.you can go to a health food store and they can tell you what to take to stop it.

this used to happen to my sister all the time until she went to whole foods and they gave her some pill to take and it worked great
