this was a hard job for me too.But I'll suggest looking at how other artists do it by looking at Behind the Scenes on animated movies like Loony Toons, Back in Action. Now I know this sounds stupid but thats where I learned how... kind of. But its the best info I got.

I heard from my friend, that he use flash, then he conver it into a certain files. sory that I can't tell you more.
