theres this guy that acts like he likes me one second and then the next, he flirts with other girls and or forgets about me. like sometimes if i dont talk to him or think about him he'll come up to me or call me, whatever and when i do then he just goes and talks to other girls. how can i tell he likes me or is he just playing with my head. how can i tell he likes me at 13? help!

like everyone is saying (hes playing with your head) and i do think this is true and i've stoped liking him but now hes just trying to get my attention.

He's playing with your head. If he really truly liked you, he would pursue you on a continuous basis, and not flirt with you one moment, and ignore you the next. It sounds like he enjoys pursuing girls, but not actually catching them. Find someone better, and more dependable. He may be exciting, but he will never be truly yours.

I think you should just ask him whats really going on between you two and then from there tell him how you feel (if you like him or not). No matter what, confronting him about it won't kill you! Don't be afraid and just lay it all out on the line for him to see what he has got you thinking. Good luck!

ahh the plight of young teenagers. I don't think he means anything bad by it he's just a flirt that has some sorta affinity toward you. Or he may just be possesive

Well it seems liek he likes you. when you dont really pay attention to him, he seems to come back to u trying to get ur attention. i think that he might be trying to get u jealous to see if u like him.
