Seriously, though - guys who are aroused will often develop mild flushing high on the cheeks and (if it's visible) the top of the chest. The lips engorge slightly but this is not noticeable on most guys. And their nipples stick out, but this also happens when they're cold. They'll also tend to become more sensitive to touch, and may twitch or even jump slightly if lightly stroked - the back of the neck is a good test area which you could probably get away with.
