Probably the chocolate chip, but I have never tried the minis and neither have I tried blueberry, but I look forward to that someday. What do you prefer? I sometimes put peanut butter on my waffles, then heat them in the microwave after they come out of the toaster, so they're nice and warm and soft.

From my college days I loved the buttermilk traditional ones plus those strawberry things that have the icing baked inside of them.
