How do you prevent and get rid of "white" heads!?

how do you get rid of white heads, i get black heads and white heads but mostly white heads. I clean every day every night with products and hott water to open pores and cold water to close em i do everything a clean person is to do but i keep getting white heads and they are noticeable i can pop em but sutmimes they wont. how do i get ridof them if i do have them?

Go and see an Esthetician. If she is good she can use a lancet, make a tiny hole and then use a tool to extract it without scarring . It is usually painless if done right unless your skin is super sensitive. The reason why the cold and hot water does not work on whiteheads is because the pore is always closed. If you were to try and squeeze it you would have scarring with little results.
Retin-A is something you might consider to keep them from coming back. It is a prescription that a dermatologist can prescribe for you. It is costly over $100.00 a tube. Squeezing any type of pimple will make the breakout worse, because it spreads the bacteria in the blocked pores. If you aren't already, use a gentle, fragrance free soap, and do not cleanse more than a couple times a day unless you are in an area that makes your face more oily(like a kitchen w/ a deep fryer).Also don't use such extremes of temperature when washing. A warm water to open pores works just as well without stimulating the pores . As does a cool rather than cold rinse to close them. If you still have bad breakouts see a dermatologist.
