I don't believe in god... but if there are people who do, that are in charge, could they be artificially creating their armageddon?

Prophecies are usually self-fulfilling. And mostly by those who want to prove to themselves that they are true.
It's wierd, pointless and stupid, but then again, so is religion.

i have often thought about this actually
they would be in the position to bring about the end of the world thus proving revelations correct ( deliberatly )
